Job Description:

This is a foreign-owned manufacturer with a plant in Suzhou, and the main product is packaging, used in the healthcare, beauty, etc. industries.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies targeting healthcare, beauty, and personal care brand markets
Identify and cultivate potential high-value client relationships across multiple industries
Conduct market research to understand emerging trends in packaging solutions for beauty and healthcare sectors
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to key decision-makers
Negotiate contracts and establish long-term strategic partnerships
Manage and expand the company's client portfolio through proactive engagement
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
Travel extensively to meet potential clients and explore new business opportunities (approximately 40-50% travel required)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in packaging, healthcare, or beauty industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
Excellent presentation and negotiation capabilities
Proven track record of successful client acquisitions and relationship management
Proficiency in data analysis and market research
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
