Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for TSIC. This includes both inbound and outbound sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a consultative sales environment

  • Graduate or Post-graduate degree in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales within the EdTech, learning solutions, or consulting services industry in India
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals are essential
