We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager based in US to drive client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build relationships with organizations, universities, doctors, and corporate clients.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and onboard new clients, partners, universities, and healthcare professionals
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals
Build long-term relationships with corporate HRs, clinics, hospitals, and wellness stakeholders
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, and online meetings
Understand client needs and offer customized MantraCare services
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, recruitment) to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain and update CRM records consistently
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent MantraCare in online events, demos, and presentations
Requirements:
0–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Partnerships
Experience in healthcare, wellness, ed-tech, HR, or SaaS is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Proficiency in English
Strong online research and lead-generation skills
Result-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
