This Business Development Manager position will oversee the entire domestic market and OEM business. As well as act as the head of department for the team. This commercial role reports to the General Manager of the organisation and will be managing a team of 3-4 sales executives.
Job Responsibility:
Managing & growing the portfolio of OEM customers, export customers and local distributors/wholesalers in meeting revenue and profit KPIs
To lead and work with internal stakeholders to align and solicit commitment in delivering the business goals
Responsible to prepare and lead in business reviews or ad hoc reviews with customers
Responsible for the timely execution of all commercial roll out plans including marketing activations and NPD launches
To prepare business proposals and evaluation for Senior Management in any consideration of new partnerships

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry (Open to GT and MT experiences)
Proven track record in business development and winning new business
Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities in a similar role, with a track record of success in planning and decision-making
