Job Description:

This company is a leading construction company specializing in construction/infrastructure projects. As the Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of expanding their presence in Malaysia.

Job Responsibility:

Drive business development through market analysis, sales prospecting, and relationship building with key decision-makers
Lead negotiations and close deals with contractors, consultants, and owners
Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and design submissions
Represent our company at industry events and promote our innovative solutions
Lead and mentor a team of BD/Design engineers

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering (Essential)
5-10 years of experience in business development within the construction industry
Proven sales skills and a strong network within the construction sector
Proficiency in geotechnical and structural projects
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and lead projects
