Job Description:

A Business Development Manager (Architectural Services) is responsible for company growth,revenue generation and expanding market presence within the AEC Services sector. This role involves identifying New Business Opportunities, Building and Maintaining Relationships with Potential Clients, and understanding their technical needs related to AEC Sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 – 8 years experience
  • Minimum Graduate from any stream
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Generation of qualified leads through various sources
  • Appointment setting with decision-makers of the organization
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Cold calling, bulk emailing, social networking, etc.
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation
  • Handling the initial level of calls with decision-makers
  • Proven track record of selling B2B AEC Services in US or Europe region
  • Strong business acumen in the area of architectural services
  • Willingness to lead and accept responsibility
  • Must be able to develop and execute sales plans with proper market intelligence and strategies for US/ Europe Region / India
  • Must be able to comprehensively map accounts and identify and contact right person and engage for further conversion
  • Must be able to guide the team / get the conversions from them/ train and develop new team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Must be Organized and analytical and must be able to handle sales objections through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Must be able to thrive in a time-pressured environment
  • Must be self-motivated with a proven track record of leading from the front and hand on sales experience
  • Deep sales acumen with ability to prospect, qualify business deals
  • Knock to penetrate corporate accounts and sell services and projects in highly competitive environment
  • Resourceful with impeccable communication skills
  • Passionate towards Sales, willing to take challenges and meet and exceed revenue sales targets consistently
  • Willing to travel if required
