Job Responsibility:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers (B2G segment)
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Demonstrated interest in Defence & Security, strong drive and motivation to develop into a sales professional in the UAV / Anti-Drone segment
Technical background is a great advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Czech (knowledge of another language is a great advantage)

Ability to work with a team, independently and effectively in dynamic environments
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in Business, International Relations, Economics, Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
