We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for one of the global market leaders in the FMCG hygiene and personal care sector. This position will be responsible for the pioneering the launch of a new specialized product division, and requires your urgent attention. Job Responsibility:
Distributor Management: Build and manage a network of specialized distributors to ensure product penetration into Institutional channels and Independent Pharmacies
Key Account Management: Directly manage relationships with Major Retail Chain Pharmacies, handling trading terms, listing fees, and planogram strategies
Market Penetration: Design aggressive trade schemes and distributor structures to capture market share from established competitors in the incontinence category
Strategic Planning: Set the pricing structure and "Route-to-Market" roadmap for this new product division
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
Proven track record in Key Account Management or Business Development within the FMCG or Consumer Healthcare sector
An established network with Distributors and Pharmacy Chain Buyers is essential
Entrepreneurial and aggressive self-starter who thrives in a "start-up" environment within an MNC structure, working independently to open new doors
