We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager based in the US to spearhead our client acquisition efforts and build long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the US market, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in business development in the SaaS or professional services space.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and explore new market opportunities in the US
Develop a strategic business development plan aligned with company goals
Generate leads and conduct outreach via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other platforms
Build relationships with potential clients to expand the company's US client base
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and understand their operational needs
Forge and maintain partnerships with SaaS and professional service companies
Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
Maintain an updated CRM system and prepare sales forecasts
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of clients
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on progress and opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5-7 years of business development experience in SaaS or service-oriented industries
Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and client requirements
Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
