Join a growing ASX listed Fintech business in a Business Development Manager role. Our business development team is responsible for the growth of our Personal Loan and Car Loan products used by finance brokers and car dealerships. At MONEYME, our Business Development Manager roles focus heavily on selling and onboarding new partners as well as reactivating businesses that may have slowed activity with us. This role is less about workshopping deals and general account management as we have a phone-based support team that handles this. Job Responsibility:
Onboard new partners in both personal loans as well as consumer and commercial auto asset finance
Selling and onboarding new partners
Reactivating businesses that may have slowed activity with us
Achieving sales growth targets
Requirements:
Experience in the broker and finance industry with experience in business development, ideally with a focus on broker acquisition in the personal lending or asset finance space
Possess excellent soft-selling skills to demonstrate the key value propositions of our broker and dealer products and how they compare to other lenders
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Strong experience in consumer lending either from a broker or lending business perspective
Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
Detailed CRM usage with Hubspot or similar to track and manage tasks and activity
Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks
Experience in using tools such as DocuSign for contract agreements and a CRM system to log your sales pipeline activity
Have a positive, inclusive and collaborative approach to work
Have the confidence to challenge and strive for continual improvement and growth
Be a relationship builder with the ability to initiate and drive conversations
Strong time management and organisational skills
Excellent networker and impeccable on personal presentation to represent MONEYME at broker events
