As Business Development Manager, you will drive further expansion of our current customer base as well as working with existing and new customers to ensure they are getting the most from our product portfolio. You will have a strong nose for finding new business prospects and developing compelling relationships with potential new clients to deliver sales growth. Your customers are mainly system integrators and suppliers of integrated solutions where our products provide an integral and value adding part of their overall technology solution. You will also often need to influence their customers in both the private and public sector to help develop enhanced demand for our products and the advantages they bring to both commercial and governmental ANPR users. You will be seen by these customers as a trusted advisor and valued partner who can help them deliver the best possible solution. You will regularly visit partners both in your assigned territories and attend (international) trade fairs on our behalf.

Requirements:
Based in Europe
Driven, self-starter with a passion to succeed in new business development
Hungry to understand complex software and hardware solutions
Excellent technical credibility with passion for advanced technology
Adept at developing and delivering effective sales plans
Highly organised, thorough and dependable
Engaging, personable, flexible and resilient
Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
At least a bachelor’s degree level education ideally in a technical or commercial field
At least four year’s successful relevant experience in an international sales development role
Experience in a B2B and/or B2G sales environment
Highly proficient in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with national and international travel
Experience with tender processes and winning complex bids
Experienced in using various Microsoft Office and business software
