We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibility:
Acquiring new international customers with a strategic focus, as well as developing and maintaining global key accounts and managing complex customer structures
Coordinating global sales activities with regional sales units and supporting the development of international sales structures and standardization
Development of customer-specific solutions with product management and engineering
Market and competition analyses to derive business development measures
Organization and implementation of strategic customer appointments, trade fairs, and roadshows worldwide, as well as workshops, training courses, and presentations
Independent negotiation and conclusion of strategic contracts
Regular reporting and forecasting to the Business Unit management
Requirements:
Successfully completed degree in engineering (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering) or business administration with a technical affinity
Several years of professional experience in key account management and technical project sales, ideally in the automotive, test solutions, or e-mobility sector
Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for high-tech products that require explanation
Confident manner, persuasive communication skills, and negotiating skills at the decision-maker level
High degree of initiative, team spirit, and structured way of working
Willingness to travel internationally >50%
Nice to have:
Professional experience ideally in the automotive, test solutions, or e-mobility sector
