Job Responsibility
Generating Lettings market appraisals through proactive prospecting and targeted outreach using market data
Re-engaging past clients, landlords, and vendors to uncover new opportunities
Identifying, qualifying and lining up high-quality opportunities for Lettings Managers to convert, ensuring all leads are fully prepared, well-informed and positioned for instruction
Proactively identifying and securing management takeover opportunities, including properties currently managed by competitors or self-managed landlords
Promoting Thornley Groves' ancillary service offering: Landlord Insurance, Financial Services instructions, Rent & Legal Protection and Section 13 Rent Increases
Working closely with Lettings managers to maximise cross-department referrals, investor opportunities and support growth of local market share
Maintaining high-quality CRM records and reporting on your weekly performance
Delivering against agreed KPIs, including prospecting activity and market appraisals booked
Requirements
Experience in Property/Real Estate required
Strong communicator with a knack for building relationships
Driven by targets, resilient and results-focused
Organised, curious and commercially aware
