Our client, a leading global technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in Thailand. This is a true hunter sales role focused on identifying, pursuing, and securing new enterprise customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence by building strategic relationships, generating qualified opportunities, and closing high-value technology deals. Job Responsibility
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities
Build relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise organizations
Understand client business challenges and present tailored technology solutions
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and effectively manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle
Articulate business value, ROI, and strategic outcomes to senior stakeholders and C-level executives
Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal product, delivery, and marketing teams to support sales initiatives
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and growth objectives

Requirements
Proven experience in new business sales within one or more of the following sectors: Cloud Infrastructure
Cybersecurity
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions
SaaS Platforms
Managed Services
Proven experience acquiring new enterprise customers and closing large-scale technology engagements
Demonstrated track record of securing high-value enterprise contracts
Strong understanding of enterprise technology buying cycles and stakeholder management
Experience selling into large enterprise accounts and engaging senior business and technology leaders
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to position business outcomes and technology value
Self-driven individual capable of operating independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business
Fluency in both English and Thai is required
Candidates must possess direct enterprise sales hunting experience with a focus on net-new business acquisition
