An expanding start-up company is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to grow revenue with new and existing customers, while translating real customer problems into clear direction for our technology and product roadmap.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and generate new business with new and existing customers
Connect customer technical needs to our internal expertise to help shape technology and product roadmaps
Act as the key point of contact between customers and our technical specialists
Build partnerships with resellers and subcontractors
Requirements:
A technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or similar)
Senior experience, or you are an exceptionally curious junior with the drive to grow fast
A proven track record closing complex deals
The ability to simplify and explain complex concepts to different audiences
Comfort with international travel as a normal part of the job (10 to 20%)
You live in the Netherlands and can work from our Alkmaar office
Nice to have:
Experience in Aerospace or Defense markets
