In this role you will join as a Business Development Manager, on-site in Malta, acting as the key commercial representative for innovation studios and driving revenue across the product portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for operators and internal teams, blending market insight with practical action to maximise opportunities and ensure successful product launches.
Job Responsibility
Develop a commercial plan to grow revenue
Lead end-to-end product rollouts
Review studio performance and market trends
Analyse KPIs, commercial data, and market intelligence
Maximise reach and value of new game releases
Represent the Studio(s) commercially in day-to-day interactions
Requirements
three years' experience in gambling or sales
excellent negotiation and presentation skills
fluent in English
strong interpersonal skills
ability to deliver targets
ability to identify and implement growth plans
understanding of technical processes and legal requirements
