Business Development Manager

• Identify and pursue potential land acquisition opportunities through strong networking with agents and landowners
• Maintain and continuously expand the land deals database and conduct in-depth market research
• Review and conduct preliminary market and feasibility studies for new land proposals
• Perform initial checks on land status, including zoning, planning, and approval processes with relevant authorities
• Prepare and present comprehensive land proposals to management, including site analysis, market trends, development components, pricing, feasibility studies, and sensitivity analyses
• Negotiate terms and manage documentation related to land acquisitions, including LOIs, Term Sheets, SPAs, JVAs, SSAs, and other legal agreements
• Oversee the drafting and finalisation of Bursa announcements and press releases pertaining to land transactions
• Prepare and deliver monthly updates and reports for meetings

• Degree in real estate management / building / quantity surveying / marketing or any other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the property development industry with at least 5 years in a similar capacity
• Has a positive approach in work and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to communicate, coordinate and work inter-department
• Possess excellent communication skills to communicate with landowners, real estate agents and government authorities
