Job Description:

We’re looking for a field-based Business Development Manager, specialising in our waste management solutions, who thrives on being out with customers, building relationships, uncovering needs and securing new business that makes a real impact. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle - from the first conversation to securing the sale - building strong relationships and driving business growth. This field-based role covers Scotland, supporting our Stirling and Montrose operations - possible overnight stays may be required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales and/or account management, ideally in commercial or hazardous waste or a related service-led sector

  • Resilience and tenacity
  • A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland to visit customers
