Job Description

As a Business Development Manager for Urban Hubs, you will drive the expansion of our ecosystem of mobility, logistics, and urban services. You will identify new partnerships, develop scalable business models, and ensure their successful rollout in our hubs.

Job Responsibility

  • Independently identify and acquire new partners and jointly develop new business models and solutions that further strengthen our Urban Hubs
  • manage cross-functional coordination with Operations, Sales, Asset Management, Product Development and other units to successfully define contractual frameworks and operational setups
  • Supporting partners during the rollout, prioritizing topics and involving further stakeholders as needed – with a clear focus on a fast and comprehensive rollout
  • Regularly review project progress and, in case of deviations, initiate appropriate measures to achieve the objectives
  • To support the integration of new partnerships from the outset and, together with internal and external teams, to ensure a smoothly implemented, scalable implementation
  • Responsible for the strategic and operational management of existing partnerships – including expansion, maintenance and further development of cooperation for long-term value creation

Requirements

  • Ideally, professional experience in project management or a business-related development environment
  • a university degree with a focus on economics or engineering
  • A quick grasp of concepts and a good understanding of modern mobility concepts – ideally also regarding mobility, charging infrastructure, last mile logistics or urban distribution
  • an open mindset, intercultural competence and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • an independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style as well as a strong desire to design and implement projects
  • high level of commitment and willingness to travel regularly for work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as very good knowledge of common MS Office tools
