Job Responsibility

Independently identify and acquire new partners and jointly develop new business models and solutions that further strengthen our Urban Hubs
manage cross-functional coordination with Operations, Sales, Asset Management, Product Development and other units to successfully define contractual frameworks and operational setups
Supporting partners during the rollout, prioritizing topics and involving further stakeholders as needed – with a clear focus on a fast and comprehensive rollout
Regularly review project progress and, in case of deviations, initiate appropriate measures to achieve the objectives
To support the integration of new partnerships from the outset and, together with internal and external teams, to ensure a smoothly implemented, scalable implementation
Responsible for the strategic and operational management of existing partnerships – including expansion, maintenance and further development of cooperation for long-term value creation
