As Business Development Manager - The Netherlands, you will own and grow some of our most critical mobile paid parking partnerships while also expanding our parking garage offer that's available within our parking apps. You operate at the intersection of key account management, new business acquisition, and strategic growth, combining strong commercial instincts with a data-driven, structured approach and leadership skills to get your projects delivered by our organization and meeting agreed expectations of your partners and clients.
Job Responsibility:
Own and grow some of our most critical mobile paid parking partnerships
Expand our parking garage offer that's available within our parking apps
Manage the complex relation with our largest partners end-to-end
From acquisition through long-term value creation
Source and onboard new parking garage locations
Analyze the local market context, identify growth opportunities and challenges, and shape strategic initiatives
Work closely with fellow local Business Development peers
Report directly to the Country Director
Collaborate with global stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal within a matrix organization

Requirements:
8+ years working in business development, strategic partnerships, and consultative sales roles
Strong background in managing large, complex partnerships
Ability to develop clear, data-driven strategies and build alignment with senior internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable engaging, influencing, and advising C-level stakeholders at client organizations
Experience with acquiring and managing relationships with municipalities is a plus
Proven track record in new business acquisition and commercial negotiations
Experience in SaaS, mobility, parking, payments, marketplaces, digital hardware or similar businesses
Strong data-driven mindset: comfortable with building analyses, business cases and strategic narratives
Ability to translate data into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix organizations
Proficient in CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and data insight tools such as Looker
Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English is a must
Nice to have:
Experience with acquiring and managing relationships with municipalities is a plus
