05+ years of experience in apparel production, sublimation printing, digital textile printing, or a related garment manufacturing business with sound educational background

Job Responsibility

Manage the day-to-day operations of the EKwear sublimation business unit, including customer orders, production planning, quality, delivery, and team performance
Take ownership of the full order process from customer inquiry, artwork, sample approval, production, packing, and final delivery
Coordinate with customers, merchandising, design, printing, pressing, cutting, sewing, quality, packing, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth production flow
Ensure all orders are completed accurately, on time, and according to approved customer standards
Control quality across artwork, print, colour, transfer, cutting, sewing, measurements, packing, and final product presentation
Monitor daily output, production status, bottlenecks, rework, wastage, delivery risks, and customer complaints
Manage costing, material usage, wastage, rework, efficiency, and profitability of the sublimation business unit
Lead and develop the sublimation team to improve discipline, accountability, output, quality, and customer satisfaction
Report regularly to management on order status, production performance, quality issues, delivery risks, and business unit results
