Job Description:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic person who is able to take initiatives and create new business opportunities in the Telecom area in Tokyo. This is your opportunity to be part of a startup-minded team with the support of a global organization with a very positive outlook for growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reach out to potential clients to arrange meetings, demos and workshops
  • Identify and address challenges and needs by effectively demonstrating Comarch offerings and business value to grow new opportunities
  • Liaise between sales and consulting teams
  • Lead the creation of business proposals (as response to RFP, RFI processes)
  • Maintain relationship with the customer's decision-makers
  • Organize and carry out marketing activities in order to promote the expertise and brand of Comarch

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the communication service provider space, leading large customer accounts with experience delivering ground-breaking BSS and OSS solutions
  • Customer manager, understanding of inter and intra-organizational relationships, and building executive relationships
  • Recognized leader, with the ability to operate in a globally matrixed environment and handle sophisticated situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Extensive Japan business network within the telco industry
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and needs
  • Native Japanese, excellent spoken and written English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of telecom billing processes and service design processes is a plus
