You will work with one of the best Business Development Teams in Dallas, selling our services to those companies that fit our perfect client profile, and you will have no territory restrictions, no location restrictions, and no commission caps to deal with! Monthly commissions with quarterly bonuses! We handle the entire United States from our Irving headquarters, so if you know firms outside of Dallas, or have worked in other cities, that would actually be a big plus! Elevate Your Career! Job Responsibility

  • Identify businesses in need of our staffing solutions to fill their professional contingent, temporary, project-based, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions
  • Drive results by executing key activities such as outbound cold calls, virtual meetings, and on-site client visits
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers through various channels, including phone, text, email, social media, and in-person interactions
  • Develop strategies for new business and maintain existing business
  • Develop strategies and manage programs that drive demand for our services
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure optimal returns while delivering high-quality staffing solutions
  • Promote the company's services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Leverage a combination of technology and personal engagement to expand our reach and enhance client connections
  • Will be part of the Request for Proposal response team

Requirements

  • REQUIRED 3+ years of client facing staffing experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of excellence in previous business development/account management/staffing sales roles
  • Strong drive to make outbound sales calls and develop business relationships
  • Strong ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and face-to-face meetings
  • Experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in a metric-driven setting
  • Passionate about achieving results, with resilience, self-confidence, and a commitment to excellence
  • Attending Networking events to promote MMC's staffing services and abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced people and management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS TEAMs and SharePoint

Nice to have

  • Prefer Bachelor's in business or marketing
  • If you know firms outside of Dallas, or have worked in other cities, that would actually be a big plus
