We’re looking for a revenue-focused Business Development Manager to drive new commercial opportunities across the sportsbook and betting sectors in Latin America. This is a high-impact sales role for someone who thrives on closing deals, hitting ambitious targets, and building meaningful partnerships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive new commercial opportunities across the sportsbook and betting sectors in Latin America

Requirements:

  • Proven success in B2B consultative sales, with a strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding challenging revenue targets
  • Existing experience in a similar role within the Betting industry or selling to Betting clients - strongly preferred
  • Fluency in both Spanish & English languages
  • Experience closing six-figure (or higher) deals in a related industry such as sports, technology, software, data, or media
  • Demonstrated success selling bespoke solutions or complex products, rather than off-the-shelf offerings
  • A driven, high-energy, and results-oriented mindset. You’re competitive, resilient, and motivated by winning
  • Strong commercial creativity and deal-making skills, with the ability to structure and close complex partnerships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including confidence engaging with and presenting to C-suite executives
