Job Description:

This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Bizerba (UK) Ltd. You will work remotely, enjoying the flexibility of managing your schedule while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets in the South East region
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across target industries
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and maximise customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports using CRM tools
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Bizerba’s solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the sales sector or related industries
  • Strong understanding of the South East market and its business environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for building relationships
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not essential
