This role develops new business and account growth for patient monitoring and life support solutions across WA hospitals and healthcare providers. You will manage long sales cycles, engage multiple stakeholders, and coordinate clinical evaluations with internal support.
Job Responsibility:
Drive new business and grow WA market share
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets
Deliver education, training, and clinical support
Collaborate internally for seamless customer outcomes
Uphold compliance, reporting, and product governance
Plan territory activity, prospect new sites, re-engage lapsed accounts, and manage the pipeline via ServiceNow and the Mind Ray platform
Coordinate demos and trials with the clinical application specialist
Support tenders with procurement and HSS
Present at meetings and study days
Requirements:
Proven experience selling clinical or medical capital equipment into hospitals
Experience managing long sales cycles with clinical, procurement, and executive stakeholders
Comfortable demonstrating equipment and supporting trials
Discipline in managing pipeline and reporting
Experience winning new business and meeting targets
Knowledge of ventilators, airway devices, and monitoring
Skill in product demos, education, and post-install support
Competence with CRM and reporting (e.g., ServiceNow)
Confidence moving equipment of approx. 10-15 kg
Ability to collaborate with service, warehouse, and admin teams
Experience working to KPOs similar to market share growth, pipeline hygiene, and compliance reporting
