As a Business Development Manager, you will drive our international expansion within the Oil & Gas and broader energy sectors. *this position reports to General Manager
Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify and capture new O&G trading opportunities and strategic business ventures globally
Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with key industry players, including global majors and national oil companies
Evaluate the viability of potential deals by conducting deep-dive analyses of market trends, financial requirements, and operational feasibility
Lead the closing process by navigating complex negotiations, developing robust contracts, and ensuring seamless integration with business operations
Requirements:
Bachelor graduate in Oil & Gas, Engineering or any equivalent qualification
5–10 years of experience in business development, commercial origination, or energy trading
Experience navigating both local and international markets
Ability to negotiate commercial terms effectively and identify new business potentials
Experience using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage a global pipeline of opportunities
