As our Business Development Manager, you will be the face of our brand in the industrial sector, bridging the gap between complex engineering capabilities and the clients who need them. You will own the market, cultivate high-value partnerships, and steer our expansion into new industrial frontiers.
Job Responsibility:
Move beyond cold calling to build a strategic pipeline through deep market research and high-level networking
Take total ownership of the deal journey
Scout and evaluate untapped industries, creating 'Go-to-Market' playbooks for new sectors
Lead the development of marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and business goals
Ensure internal coordination for ISO compliance and quality standards across departments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree related to Engineering, Business or other equivalent field
Possess 5 years of working experience in business development or technical sales within the engineering or industrial services
Proven track record in sales
A self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
