Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Proactively identify and cultivate long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors, establishing yourself as their preferred execution partner for modular projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or Interior Design. An MBA or PGDM is often preferred
  • Typically 4–10 years of experience in sales or business development within the interior, building materials, or modular furniture industry
  • Deep understanding of modular cabinetry logic (kitchens/wardrobes), hardware fittings, and general interior materials
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office (especially Excel for BOQs), and potentially design/estimation software
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to 'sell the dream' while remaining grounded in technical feasibility and project timelines
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong skills to justify project costs, manage margins effectively, and cater to the unique requirements of High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients
