Requirements

  • A College Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Technical Sales, or a related field is required
  • Proven experience within the mineral processing or industrial equipment sector is desired
  • Advanced skills in negotiation, machine applications, and market analysis are essential
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct public presentations and high-level price calculations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities (weighted at 30% of core skills) to resolve workplace challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and client presentations
