Job Responsibility:
Partnering with senior lawyers to develop and execute business development strategies
Leading on pitches, RFPs, and client targeting initiatives
Identifying growth opportunities and strengthening key client relationships
Driving thought leadership, events, and profile-raising activity
Collaborating across teams to deliver cross-practice growth initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in business development/marketing within professional services (legal sector experience highly desirable)
Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to deliver results
Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, strategic approach
