This is a strategic, high-impact position where you'll work directly with senior lawyers and leadership to drive growth and shape the future of the practice. You won't just be supporting - you'll be influencing decisions, leading initiatives, and owning key relationships that directly contribute to revenue and market positioning.   • Developing the marketing and business development plans for some key Litigation & Investigations Practice Groups
  • Liaising with lawyers, often leading meetings/calls to identify opportunities to develop business, aligning initiatives with our strategy
  • Working closely with individual partners on personal BD plans – ensuring alignment with department priorities and helping to execute. Reporting back to BD team
  • Leading on regional, practice, sector and other business development initiatives as needed. This may include global and cross practice initiatives

This includes strategy setting, content development, partner preparation, and post-pitch reviews. Tracking and monitoring as necessary to analyze success rates
