A leading technology infrastructure business is looking to add to their sales team due to their exciting growth plans and are currently looking for a driven, commercially focused Business Development Manager. The company designs, delivers and supports the physical technology infrastructure that enables large, complex and mission-critical environments to operate. Its work includes structured cabling, connectivity, network infrastructure, data centers, and workplace technology. This is a genuine hunter role.

Requirements
A proven track record in new-business sales
A background in IT, ideally data center, infrastructure, networking, cabling, connectivity, systems integration
The drive and resilience to create opportunities rather than wait for leads
Confidence engaging senior commercial and technical stakeholders
Experience of consultative, project-led sales and longer sales cycles
A proactive, commercially sharp approach and genuine appetite to win
