Reporting to the Business Division, you will develop sales on italian market. Thanks to your network and experience, you are familiar with local players in the field of Industries.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop our offers to build the right sales strategy with high added value for our customers
  • Manage and develop your network and your business development activities
  • Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs
  • Conduct negotiations with our business leads or customers, identifying all the issues involved in the project with a view to signing the contract
  • Accompany the customer throughout project implementation
  • Work closely with CAP INGELEC's Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Graduated from a Business or an Engineering school
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Development position on design and construction projects
  • Strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation
  • Proactive, autonomous and organised
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy multicultural teamwork
  • Fluent in Italian and English
