We are currently working with a successful software business who sells their products in the Health and Social Care industry. Due to growth, they are looking for an energetic, ambitious Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager to join their close-knit team.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively generate leads through a multitude of media from LinkedIn to telephone
  • Be the first contact for inbound leads through the website
  • Pitching the software through online demos and over the telephone
  • Ensure that KPI’s and targets are met and exceeded
  • Work as an individual and as part of a team to share ideas and best practice

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience selling to Health and Social Care sectors
  • Self-motivated and resilient individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to plan and prioritise as required
  • Be able to work using your own initiative in order to meet and exceed targets
