A market leading technology company is looking to expand their ERP Sales and Business Development Team. We are looking for a hunter who is dynamic, energetic and has a proven track record in ERP sales.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve assigned annual sales and margin targets through disciplined planning, accurate forecasting, and timely deal closure
Drive new business acquisition by selling enterprise business application software and related services
Develop and execute account strategies, sales plans, and opportunity pipelines
Lead the development, presentation, and delivery of compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs
Identify and research target organisations and key decision-makers to uncover new business opportunities
Expand existing customer relationships while actively acquiring new enterprise clients
Develop end-to-end solution proposals, covering functional, technical, and commercial aspects
Incorporate customer feedback to refine solution positioning and proposals in collaboration with internal teams
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within enterprise software or technology solutions
Proven experience selling enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, WMS, or similar platforms
Industry exposure to manufacturing and distribution sectors is highly advantageous
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders
Strong track record in new business development and revenue growth
Highly developed sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel across Malaysia and internationally when required
Comfortable with active prospecting, including cold outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels
