As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Oversee the business development department with P&L accountability, ensuring financial targets and customer satisfaction standards are met. Formulate and execute operational strategies to achieve organizational goals within established budgets and timelines. Lead the commercial team and facilitate collaboration across departments and support functions to deliver integrated energy projects. Manage resources—including materials, equipment, and to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and manage acquisition costs. Establish and enforce operational systems and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Requirements
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Business, or an equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy, Energy Management Systems, or related industries
Proven experience in managing teams and departmental performance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for professional stakeholder engagement
Focused on results, task completion, and operational efficiency
