We are looking for a talented specialist to drive our sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and securing high-value engagements with prospective clients. This role blends deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities with a passion for building relationships and closing deals. You’ll collaborate closely with our technical teams to align client needs with our consulting services, driving revenue growth and strengthening our market presence.
Job Responsibility:
Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek out and qualify leads for Dynamics 365 implementations, upgrades, and support services within target industries
Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored Dynamics 365 solutions
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets, leveraging market trends and competitive insights
Proposal Development: Partner with technical consultants to craft compelling proposals, RFPs, and presentations that showcase our Dynamics 365 expertise and value proposition
Partnership Building: Establish and maintain alliances with Microsoft and other technology partners to enhance our service offerings and referral network
Market Awareness: Stay informed on Dynamics 365 updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to position Itransition as a leader in the space
Pipeline Management: Track and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics CRM), ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our Dynamics 365 capabilities and generate leads
Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, presales, and delivery teams to align business development efforts with client delivery success
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within IT consulting or technology services
Proven track record of selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (ERP/CRM) or similar enterprise software
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) and their business applications
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Strong customer focus with ability to foster and sustain long-term client relationships
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
Nice to have:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-900, MB-210) are highly desirable
