Our client is a well-established company operating in the real estate investment and construction.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and lead the investment road-map in alignment with the company's short-, mid-, and long-term growth strategies
  • Manage end-to-end business development and investment processes, from opportunity identification to execution
  • Identify new project opportunities aligned with corporate objectives and present investment proposals to the Board of Directors
  • Coordinate land development activities, joint venture structures, and strategic partnership opportunities within investment projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Economics, or a related discipline
  • MBA or other postgraduate education is strongly preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, including international investment experience
  • Proven expertise in residential development, land acquisition and management, and project finance
  • Strong communication skills and a well-established investor relations network
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
  • Hands-on experience in international real estate investment projects
  • Experience in overseas sales and access to a global investor network
