Job Description

We are strengthening Comarch’s team in Benelux by looking for a Business Development Manager for our Insurance division. Job Responsibility

  • Proactively generating new business opportunities for Comarch with focus on the insurance market in Benelux & France
  • Create, develop and execute a sales strategy for assigned accounts
  • Building direct contacts with potential new clients
  • Contributing to a successful marketing strategy
  • Lead demos and meetings with existing and prospective customers
  • Representing Comarch on industry fairs and events
  • Market analysis (trends, challenges, competition…)
  • Lead and coordinate proposal preparations with co-operation and support from other departments (pre-sales, R&D, implementation, support, etc.) to prepare on-time, high-quality offers
  • Contract negotiations
  • Day-to-day management of existing accounts

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Financial Services, IT, Business Administration, Management, or Entrepreneurship
  • 2+ years of work experience (preferably in Financial Services or IT area)
  • Knowledge of insurance products and processes is required
  • Knowledge of Life & Pension and Health insurance business lines is a particular asset
  • Excellent written and spoken command of English
  • Excellent written and spoken command of French or Dutch (native level in one of the two is required)
  • Charismatic and optimistic in day-to-day work as well as patient, confident and determined
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work independently
