Job Responsibility
Lead development of customer-focused strategies for Target and Costco, translating insights into actionable business recommendations
Partner with Account Managers to support line reviews, customer meetings, and overall selling strategy
Drive digital growth strategy for Target, leveraging shopper and eCommerce insights to improve performance
Own assortment strategy for Costco, including identifying and advancing new SKU opportunities
Guide analysts on priorities, data sources, and outputs to ensure insights are relevant and impactful
Coach and develop analytical talent to improve efficiency, storytelling, and quality of insights
Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Shopper Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of experience in sales, eCommerce, digital category development, business analytics, or marketing
