Job Responsibility:
Partner with senior lawyers to develop and execute business development strategies
Lead pitches, proposals, and client targeting initiatives across the firm
Identify growth opportunities and strengthen key client relationships
Drive thought leadership campaigns, events, and profile-raising activity
Collaborate cross-functionally to support firmwide growth initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in business development or marketing within a law firm
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to deliver tangible results
Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders
Strategic, proactive, and highly effective communicator
