Drive growth. Build relationships. Lead the future of luxury corporate gifting. At The Newt, gifting is considered, crafted and rooted in the provenance and seasonality of our Farm. Our corporate hampers reflect the quality of our estate: distinctive, elegant and designed to leave a lasting impression. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and significantly scale our corporate gifting business. This is a revenue-critical role with clear accountability for delivering ambitious sales targets, securing large-scale corporate partnerships and driving sustained year-on-year growth. From traditional Christmas hampers to all year round high-volume collaborations, you will position The Newt as the premium partner of choice within the corporate gifting market. This role demands commercial rigour, strategic relationship management and disciplined execution, particularly during peak trading periods.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of major seasonal programmes, particularly Christmas, ensuring commercial and operational excellence
Collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, Operations and Finance teams to ensure margin control, stock planning and fulfilment alignment
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing dynamics within the premium hamper sector
Report regularly on pipeline health, performance against budget and growth strategy

Demonstrable success securing and managing high-value corporate contracts
Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, forecasting and margin management
Confident negotiator, comfortable operating at a senior level
