Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Monetization Business Development team at Meta. Someone with practical understanding of the Connected TV landscape and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. In this role, you will build global partnerships that support Meta’s Connected TV initiatives—shaping business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and executing high-impact deals. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving partnerships from term sheet negotiations through product launches, working closely with product, engineering and other cross-functional partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Defining, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships for Meta's Connected TV products
  • Working closely with product and engineering teams to define priorities and identify key opportunities
  • Quarterbacking external and internal cross-functional teams when integrating products or technologies with external partners
  • Working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, finance, product, and engineering teams to negotiate deal terms, drive special projects, advocate internally for partners, and educate on industry trends
  • Conducting market research and building relationships to identify trends and opportunities in the Connected TV industry

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business development and strategic deals for Connected TV
  • Demonstrated track record closing large, complex, multi-year agreements with executive counterparties at key publishers and adtech companies
  • Experience in working closely with product and engineering teams to define new products
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate and complete deals, including experience working with technical and legal teams to complete new agreements
