Are you an experienced business development professional with a passion for insurance, captives and alternative risk solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing captive insurance solutions across EMEA, working with clients, internal specialists and senior stakeholders across multiple countries. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from Dublin or one of a number of Captive locations across EMEA.
Job Responsibility
Supporting the development and progression of new captive opportunities across EMEA
Acting as a first point of contact for initial captive discussions and supporting opportunities through to completion
Identifying opportunities through analysis of existing clients and prospective markets
Preparing client presentations, proposals and tailored materials to communicate the benefits of captive solutions
Managing the opportunity pipeline, including tracking leads, follow-up actions and reporting on activity and conversion metrics
Building relationships with internal teams, clients and distribution channels to support growth initiatives
Supporting marketing activities, thought leadership campaigns, events and content development
Requirements
Experience within captive insurance or the wider insurance, reinsurance or alternative risk market
Strong background in business development with the ability to identify and progress commercial opportunities
Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
Proactive, commercially minded approach with a strong desire to contribute to business growth
Collaborative attitude, curiosity and a commitment to ongoing professional development
