Are you a driven and ambitious business development professional passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing new business? Austco Services are hiring for a Business Development Manager for their Victoria region. This role will be based out of Austco's Melbourne office, but we would expect 60-70% travel across Victoria to clients. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing key accounts but will also heavily involve hunting and building new business. We're looking for a commercially minded business hunter who knows how to win work and build relationships that last. This role exists because new business matters to us, a lot. The right person in this seat will influence a meaningful portion of our revenue and the future shape of the business.

Job Responsibility:
