This position is part of the Global Aseptic Filling Commercial Team and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish including prospecting, client meetings & presentations, negotiations, through to sale
Develop, manage, and execute territory sales plans for a high number of prospective customers
Maintain an accurate sales funnel through weekly reviews of Salesforce
Regular customer site visits within your sales territory and attending local and global trade shows and events
Manage and contribute to RFI / RFP responses
Requirements:
Three or more years of outside sales management experience in Biotech
Proven ability to close large and complex deals of $1M+ in value
Willingness to regularly travel up to 40%
Customer focused with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
Willingness to collaborate with a team distributed to different time zones (USCAN, EMEA, Asia)
Nice to have:
Two or more years experience in biopharmaceutical process development or manufacturing
