Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, covering the local and surrounding region with responsibility for developing new sales opportunities for the business as well as ensuring company sales targets are achieved.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new business
  • Management of key portfolio customers, regional and National
  • Drive Regional revenue with the support of Major Account development with the wider sales team
  • Proactively identify market sectors and contractors aligned to Nixon Hire solution offerings
  • Researching and identifying new market opportunities and potential clients
  • Identify, secure and drive new business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Maintain relationships with existing customer base
  • Introduce/upsell new & existing products from our range to our customers & new targets
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients

Requirements:

  • Previous target driven sales experience is essential
  • You should be self motivated and well organised as well as having strong communication skills
  • A full driving license is required
