  • Expansion of network by appointment of new MT specialist dealers in the region
  • Impart product training to the MT specialist dealers in the region
  • In-market MT Activation 40%: Need to manage the Key User business and generate demand for placement of Measuring Tools products in trade channel
  • Support the ASM, KUM for business development in the region
  • Should promote New products & Increase the market share of Measuring Tools
  • General awareness of MT 20%: Should be product specialist, well verse with product specifications, product segments & demonstrate Measuring Tools to users/ dealers

Requirements

  • B.Tech.
  • Experience in Traditional Trade channel Sales - Minimum 3-5 years
  • Working Experience in Measuring tools, Power tools, Allied products, Industrial consumables or similar industry
  • Working Knowledge in using IT systems (Sales CRM)
  • Negotiation skills, PR skills, interest in travelling
  • Language Skills in Hindi & English Preferred
