Job Description:

Experience in selling Technology Solutions to enterprise clients in Digital Solutions/Transformation, Cloud Engineering, Systems Integration, ERP/CRM Solutions (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce), Microsoft Solutions, Agile Transformation, Applications Development, QA Testing and DevOps, Onsite/Offshore IT Service Delivery, IT Outsourcing and Remote IT Services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
  • Conduct research and analysis of market trends to identify potential clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business growth targets
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create solutions that meet clients' needs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to increase brand awareness and generate new business leads
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and business development initiatives to senior management

  • 5+ years of experience in IT consulting services sales or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
